The International Law Of War Association (ILOWA) is a loose confederation of military lawyers, academics, and government officials including members of the judiciary, who are interested in the advancement of a legal regime to ameliorate suffering and for the regulation of the use of armed force in armed conflicts. If you are:
 | A government official concerned with law of war issues |
| An official of a non governmental organization with those concerns |
| A military lawyer |
| An academic with a demonstrated interest in the subject or a law student enrolled in an international law course |
