Welcome to the Law Of War Home Page for the International Law Of War Association (ILOWA). Its principal designer and the author of the Interactive Casebook is Evan Wallach. This site is intended for use by students, military lawyers, government officials, academics, and anyone else interested in an international legal regime for the regulation of the use of armed force.
