The webmaster, author and designer of this site is Evan Wallach. He teaches Law of War at New York Law School, Brooklyn Law School, and George Mason Law School, and is a Visiting Professor, Faculty of Law, University of Münster. His qualifications include law degrees from U.C. Berkeley and Cambridge University (LLB in international law), as well as legal education through the United States Army and the United States Marine Corps. He served as an Attorney/Advisor in in the International Affairs Division of the Office of the Judge Advocate General of the Army, during the Persian Gulf War and as a combat engineer in Vietnam.
